C.K. Cheng (合伙人)

C.K. Cheng is General Partner of Harbinger Venture, US Operations. Since 1983, Mr. Cheng has served the MiTAC- SYNNEX Group in different capacities. Prior to co-founding Harbinger, Mr. Cheng was the senior Vice President of Product Marketing and Manufacturing Operation at SYNNEX. His previous investments include S3, VA Linux (NASDAQ: LNUX), Altigen (NASDAQ: ATGN),and Synnex Corp. (NYSE: SNX). Mr. Cheng received his MBA from Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, and B.S.degree in Physics from Tsing-Hua University, Taiwan.

周德虔 (中国区总经理)

Dr. Chou has served as the President of Harbinger Taiwan since March of 2000. Prior to joining Harbinger, Dr. Chou was Special Assistant to Mr. Matthew Miau, Chairman of the MiTAC-SYNNEX Group. Dr. Chou was Vice President of CP Group, Hong Kong, from 1993 to 1997. He was also Director of Corporate Development at Roll International in Los Angeles. Dr. Chou holds a B.S. from National Taiwan University, an MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. from Rutgers University.

Tzyy-Po Wang (高级副总裁)

Tzyy-Po Wang has served as a Vice President of Harbinger Venture Management since August 2000. From September 1994 to July 2000, Mr. Wang worked for MIC/III, a prestigious IT market research institute in Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific. Prior to MIC/III, Mr. Wang was involved in professional training in IT,curriculum development, and wireless communication product manufacturing/testing/trouble shooting.

Matthew Miau (主席)

Mr. Miau is the Chairman of MiTAC-SYNNEX Group, and a pioneer of Taiwan’s personal computer industry. The MiTAC-SYNNEX Group consists of MiTAC Inc.(Taiwan’s first computer company), MiTAC International Corp. (one of the top three PC firms on the island), SYNNEX Technology Int’l (the largest IT distribution and order fulfillment company in Asia), and SYNNEX Information Technologies (the 3rd largest electronics distributor in the US). Mr. Miau received his MBA from Santa Clara University and an engineering degree from University of California, Berkeley.
